First time here with new ownership. The place feels a little more modern, though the bar is unchanged, so perhaps it was just a coat of paint. It's still clean when i walk in, and there are essentially the same number of seats. The staff is excellent, attentive and speedy. Despite only holding 20 or 30 bodies, the staff behind the base didn't stop moving for the 2 hours i was there, serving; delivering food; bussing tables or cleaning. Everybody at my table ordered the nachos, and they were disappointing. The chips were crisp and hot, but i expected a more toppings and cheese. I asked for chicken and got some, but i repeatedly glanced at it because i couldn't tell if it was from a can, or canned tuna, or what. There was no salsa or sour cream. Buddy asked about salsa and received... bruscetta? We all ate every morsel so it wasn't bad, just kind of disappointing. I was still hungry afterwards. I'd rather pay more for a better experience. We came for the live music and the band was excellent.. They called up two women from the audience to sing with them, which was kinda fun. I'll almost certainly be back, and I'll almost certainly never order the nachos again.

Great local restaurant to enjoy Friday night. The platter that offered several options was awesome with beer. We will visit again. And hopefully, everyone in Cambridge supports local business too. The server was very polite and friendly.

Best breakfast in Cambridge. Staff are friendly, coffee is fresh, better then country girl ! ! My new favorite.

Great spot serving up delicious eats! The menu by H86 is wonderful. Especially obsessed with the burger, it's SO good. We've been back several times for the burger. Definitely suggest adding the bacon onion jam! They have live music often as well which is fun! It's a nice relaxed atmosphere.

I'm a regular from the old Argyle. I'm so happy this place has opened again. The menu is a little small, but hey they're just getting started. Portions were a bit smaller, however the food was so good. Quality over quantity. With that said, if you're wanting big pub portions this isn't the place. I miss my Jaz, but our server was still so great. I suggest going with an open mind, not expecting the old menu. Also, I got the butter chicken (so fresh and was fabulous) and my husband's burger looked unreal! Cheers!

Great spot! Apparently did some new renos which explains why it was so clean and fresh. Have had breakfast and pasta here, both were very good. Took a pic of our breaky

Amazing. Words can’t describe the skill Denis (chef) has when it comes to creating and making food. We are always impressed by the quality of the local items he picks, presentation and taste. Nothing lacked! We will definitely be back again to try the rest of the menu! The crab porridge and the asparagus smoked salmon are a must!!!! The beetroot carpaccio was light and an excellent app to share, tacos/fish and chips/hanger steak and ribs were all great portions and delicious flavour! With a lemon tart to seal the deal. wonderful flavour and crust. Such a memorable experience and amazing dinner!

Excellent service, amazing food, and they always have great live music. The new chef has definitely elevated the menu. My only complaint is that I wish beef brisket was still on the menu!
